so lately, i’ve been off my diet…and i feel soo guilty… i barely realized that my bf only goes on diets when he doesnt work out…he wants to get big not loose weight…i on the other hand want to loose weight. So i need to go back on the low carb diet i was on a couple of weeks ago. However…i’m prob not gonna start til monday…maybe sunday. no more sugary drinks, no more noodles, or rice. heh. wish me luck :)
